General assignment3 I think the title is well chosen. In the beginning of the book, it says that the color purple is `the color that is always a surprise, but is everywhere in nature`. I think this refers to Celie, and the way she learns to respect herself. She never thought she could, but it´s in everyone´s nature. So also she could learn it. If I had to chose another title, I would choose for `Celie´s life` Because almost everything in the book is about Celie.
4 The story could have really happened. I think everything is real in it. It´s not fiction. Everything in the book could have really happened: Celie´s abuse, her forced marriage. It´s a book about real life so nothin
